We have been a customer of Aztec for over 15 years, we have a very high volume of rust in our 70ft board well that requires purification! Joris & Gunther have always been extremely helpful and prompt with their service of our system. We tried another outfit that was local in Alberta but they didn’t have a clue compared to Aztec! Waste of money! No customer service.
He spent thousands on a water system that was supposed to fix his water issues, system never worked properly from day 1. My dad contacted them numerous times wanting the issue resolved, but nothing was ever fixed. So now he has a pile of junk sitting in his basement that he paid thousands for. We are both involved in the new home construction industry and get lots of requests for water systems, we make sure our customers know about our experience with Aztec and recommend them to go with someone else.

We were having a lot of trouble with our water system, due to lack of maintenance on our part. Justin made sure he had all of the parts beforehand, and when he came out he stayed until the job was done. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. Didn’t oversell, and explained everything thoroughly. Cleaned up after himself and wore a mask the whole time. Very happy with the service.

I would give zero if I could. I switched water systems years ago as I believe someone's review. Well no way I can drink this water! I have stained toilets, sinks and bathtubs. I complained for years. They came and tested yup it wasn't red (iron bacteria) so it's good. NOT. Waste of money as I will need to replace when I can afford it!!!!
EDIT: to add talked to customer service many times over the years and nothing was ever done!!!! Yes I have shocked well yes to the bleach pellets. Filter does not do a good enough job!

We had an Aztec rust removal system for just over 6 months. We had a very bad install and leaks for 2 mo., rust removal was not working properly for the first 4 months. We are also on a direct drive / constant pressure well system, and we had issues with low pressure in our home with this system. To their credit, they came to our home numerous times to try to fix the issues with the install, function and basic operation of the system.
