I called about a leaking rear window on my 2002 ford f-150 and Rick told me to come by to get it looked at. Rick quoted a very reasonable price and I got it fixed. They had it for a day and kept it overnight due to more rust then expected. Picked up and leak is all fixed. They were very knowledgeable and very professional with everything. I would highly recommend them for all your auto glass repairs!

I have to say the service at Capital Auto Glass was outstanding! The kind helpful people at the Pembroke street location went above and beyond. I love that the job was done on time and that they even had an Electric Nissan Leaf Loaner car for me to use at no charge. I highly recommend them for windshield repair or replacement.

SEE RICK AT THE FRONT COUNTER. HIS LEVEL OF SERVICE AND CARING ABOUT MY PROBLEM WAS OVER THE TOP. HE FOUND ME A WINDOW FOR MY 95 GRAND MARQUIS IN 2 DAYS OUT OF THE STATES FOR AN AMAZING PRICE. I TRIED DOING MYSELF AND DETONATED THE WINDOW CAUSE THE WINDOW REGULATOR I PURCHASED WAS DEFECTIVE. HE FOUND ME A SECOND WINDOW IN RECORD TIME AND HIS PRO IN THE SHOP CHRIS HAD IT INSTALLED AND WORKING PERFECT IN RECORD TIME ALSO FOR A GREAT PRICE. DONT GO TO ANY OTHER AUTO GLASS SHOP ! Had a windshield replaced, and my lane departure warning system stops working. Told me it should recalibrate itself, which never happened....now they say it's my camera.....was working before the windshield was replaced! Phoned the manager twice within a two week period, never got back to me both times. Went to Speedy, they said on my vehicle it "doesn't self calibrate, and needs to be done manually ! Unfortunately, now I have to pay over $200 for them to calibrate it, when it should have been done when the windshield was installed.

After spending an hour looking around at several glass places I finally found a place that was able to fill a chip in my windshield. Most places weren't interested in attempting the repair on my Tesla, due to complications that could come up. The repair looks 70% better (they never get totally fixed), and the cracks seem filled. Customer service was top notch, I walked in and got an appointment right away. 30 minutes later I was driving away happy, and the bill was sent directly to ICBC. I believe the manager's name is Bob, and he was very friendly. Thanks to the crew at Capital Glass!

I needed a windshield for my classic Beetle but I didn’t know exactly when I was bringing it in because of some last minute mechanical problems. They were happy to bring the windshield in and hold on to it as long as I needed. When I was ready, they got me in right away and did an amazing job. These folks are true professionals and super easy to deal with. I highly recommend!

Was looking for a place to replace my windshield that had side to side crack from a summer road trip. Read the reviews and they were open on the weekend which was much better for my schedule. When I made the appointment, the fellow was great and I was in within a week. Repair was done same day, vehicle was left clean and staff were all great to deal with and very friendly and helpful. Bonus free coffee offered while waiting! Will definitely be back when the need arises.
