Maple Railings

I found Maple Railing online and from the very first contact to the completion of the project they were responsive, took great care in the work they performed. When their glass supplier made a mistake in sizing one of the pieces of glass they took ownership of the problem and worked to solve it. The end product was spectacular, I would recommend them to anyone!

We have been dealing with Maple Railings for many years now. They are very quick to respond to a request for a quote, show up to the job site, take measurements, discuss and present alternatives. Their pricing is industry average and their lead time is very reasonable. They have lots of experience fabricating and installing the railing systems with wooden and metal pickets, and their quality of workmanship is a testament to that. For those rare occasions, when there are some installation or fabrication issues, Job is very quick to address them to maintain the quality reputation of his company.

Stairs looks great and Job managed the job well. It was completed on time . Installation seems flawless. Made a huge change in our reno project. Would recommend Maple railing to anyone. Will hire them next time for sure,.

Very unpleasant and stressful experience with this company. They tried to do glass railing but it seemed they were not qualified to do this kind of railing. The contract started end of May, was pretty quick but unfortunately not as expected. The glass they brought was chipped - they brought it back and fixed; the other part of glass was not cut properly and did no fit. They brought it back and forth (sent back to fix and brought back) a couple of times. After close to 3 months from the initial contract they installed the same piece that was "fixed"; however that piece had the same defect as in

Sneaky lier this guy Job, initially provides low quote (verbally), but then when you want to proceed, he says can't remember how he came up with it, and give you a new quote 60% higher, stay away from him

Seemed liked a very nice family business that I wanted to deal with. However, when the stair rail and pickets were installed I noticed several pickets that were damaged. I was promised that they would come back and replace. I paid the balance. Needless to say, I tried calling for a year and no one has come to replace them. The last conversation I had with the owner is that he is a very responsible person and would get to me as soon as he can.
