We have two hearing care clinics in Alberta, one in Medicine Hat and one in Brooks. We have been actively involved in hearing care for over 20 years, and take pride in helping thousands of patients rediscover the world of sound. Marion is the Clinic Manager and Audiologist for both the Brooks and Medicine Hat locations. Amanda is the Hearing Instrument Practitioner (HIS) who works between our Medicine Hat and Brooks locations. Stephanie is our Patient Coordinator working for both the Medicine Hat and Brooks locations.

Services
We offer a full range of services for hearing aids. If you are brand new to hearing aids, we provide you with information and consultations on the various types, styles, and brands of hearing aids as well as demos for you to try them out. If you already have hearing aids, we can provide adjustments, make repairs and perform regular maintenance to help ensure your hearing aids work properly.
Many people do not want to admit they can't hear as well as they used to and so they put off getting their hearing tested longer than they should. Living with undiagnosed hearing loss and not seeking help may lead people to living a life where they can't hear conversations, which may result in isolation from their loved ones.

Hearing aids were problematic from day 2, feedback through the ear buds. Difficulty scheduling an appointment to fix the problem... seems like the business enjoys Oilpatch WCB work, but really cannot effectively service Oilpatch workers who cannot commit to a firm date for appointments... which is the Nature of the Beast.
A competitor was able to help me with less than 24 hours notice.
Staff doesn't do well with Dynamic situations.
Perhaps a good fit helping retired folks, not so good for Oilpatch sadly.
A pity too, it was in the neighbourhood of a 15 year relationship.
