Windrovers Rentals and Cottage Property Management went into business in 2007 and attended its first Cottage Life Show with one cottage on display. Thanks to lovely and energetic volunteers, we collected the names of 85 cottage owners interested in renting their cottages. From that list, we signed up 25 cottages.
Whispering Waters Cottage is the lovely garden level suite (2 bedrooms) of a 4 season home. The sunny backyard is surrounded by trees providing privacy. Just around the corner is the Church-Key Brewery Pub (2 kms away) - a fun place to eat & try out the local brew. Ten minutes further down the road is Campbellford's World Famous Chocolate Factory.

Great for ice fishing, snowmobiling, skating, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Plan a day to go downhill skiing. Snow Valley and Horseshoe Valley ski areas are less than 1 hour away. Southview cottage on Lake Simcoe has the best of two worlds - right on the lake - with shopping and entertainment not far away.
This is a lovely, clean family cottage set on a peaceful, private spring fed lake. With southern exposure and a gorgeous treed lot, this retreat offers tranquility and a perfect get-away. A five minute scenic drive will take you into Dorset to the doorstep of Robinson's General Store (voted best country store in Canada) where you will find everything from worms to champayne.

TERRIBLE MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY!
They may treat the renters decent but to the property owners of the cottages, they are nasty, deceiving, irresponsible and only care about getting their cut.
I’ve cleaned some of the properties this company rents out as summer vacation rentals... it was almost every week the place was left dirty, something would be broken from the previous renters... rather than taking accountability they expect it to be fixed and cleaned up perfectly in the small window before the new renters arrive. This is simply not possible some days.
The renter are supposed to be chosen

DO NOT STAY HERE!
The cottage was not clean upon arrival, mouse feces were found on the counters and window ledges, serious ant infestation in the kitchen, toilet was old and barely worked, window screens were all ripped and the owner then tried to falsely accuse us of the damage and subsequently charged us $650 for it. The owners claimed there was an additional sleeping area but that was filled with about 6 or 7 old mattresses and comforters that looked like dog blankets. We are honest families and it is our fault that we did not report this as soon as possible. Needless to say, the owners are
