Our building is on the banks of Moose Lake which provides a very peaceful and serene setting for a person to begin the recovery process from their addiction. Services
The Bonnyvile Indian-Metis Rehabilitation Centre approaches all aspects of recovery through Holistic Healing. Our rehabilitation program is for anyone that has a sincere desire in being free from alcohol and/or drugs. This rehabilitation program is 28 days with Adult Co-Ed Residential and is based on the AA philosophies.
Offering a comprehensive and innovative residential alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment program that is responsive to the unique and individual needs of adults. Believing that confidential, non-judgmental individualized support is essential to the recovery process. The facility is owned by the province of Alberta, sits on crown land, and is approximately twelve kilometres west of Bonnyville, Alberta.
To be admitted into the program at the Bonnyville Indian-Metis Rehabilitation Centre, you must:. Obtain a Referral from and Addictions Counsellor prior to submitting an application - Find a counsellor here. Must be clean and sober from all drugs and alcohol for 7 days prior to entering treatment. Drug testing will be done at the Centre prior to admission.
