Bob's Music Plus is the home of the Pembroke and Area Music Teachers Association and has been in business for over 22 years; however, some of the teacher have over 40 years of experience!
The Repair Shop at Bob's Music Plus opened its doors in 1999, intending to provide outstanding craftsmanship, service, and value. Today, Bob's Music Plus is one of the largest and most prestigious instrument repair shops in the Ottawa Valley and the surrounding area, operating for over 22 years with the same dedication.
Bob's Music Plus will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All goods must be returned in original condition accompanied by the receipt. A 25% restocking fee will be applied if goods are returned without a receipt or not in original condition. Sorry.there will be no returns on consignment products.

I bought several guitars from them, and even months later when they needed a tune up, they said bring it in. I asked how much and they said nothing since I bought it from them. My Telecaster needed a new tone knob and they replaced it at no cost to me. If you didn't buy new, their prices are very affordable, they do everything from intonation, to truss rod adjustment, to fret polishing, to neck and body polishing, and even set you up with new strings. Highly recommend going to them :)

We needed an outdoor sound system quickly for a quickly planned vigil after the murders of the London Muslim family. No easy feat on a late Saturday afternoon - Bob's Music staff Rich and the Manager came through! Picked up the system within an hour ( a perfect fit for what we needed) and it was donated to support the cause. EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT STAFF AND COMMUNITY SPIRIT - Thank you so very much! So much so that we are purchasing the identical system from Bob's for future needs.

I went to Bob's Music Plus quite by chance and that I did not know at all.
I had the opportunity to meet and chat with Richard, the amp and guitar technician. This guy is really very knowledgeable and friendly. I myself am an amp technician in Quebec and I know how to recognize someone competent and on the amp side, they are rare.
Richard showed me some of his accomplishments and it's impressive.
