After 3 years of looking after our 5-unit building in Barrie, we did our research on property managers and picked Matt at Bulldog in December 2016. Bulldog was worth every penny - the stress disappeared completely! A bonus with Matt is that his wife is a paralegal and provides services at costs that are well below other paralegals I have used. We have been very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them. On a final note, we sold the property and Matt was awesome in looking after all the final property details so it could close successfully.

I have been dealing with Matthew for the past 5 years as he has taken over my property dealing with a very difficult tenant and has made the entire experience very stress free. Matthew is extremely professional, knows the by laws in and out, and has taken care of my property as if its his own. I highly recommend him.

Not sure why my review gets deleted??? but I will write a new one! Horrible property management, house on our street has been damaged and the tenant is a hoarder, horrible. I would not recommend this company to take care of your rental, he likes to collect but does nothing in return. If this review gets deleted I will continue to post it! I am sorry that you have upset the entire neighborhood with your neglect on this property. and then have the audacity to delete a review due to your negligence.

Do Not use this company!!! I currently reside on a street in Innisfil where a bulldog property management tenant lives. As a result of bulldog not checking the residence on a regular basis, the house is in very poor condition, and the tenant is a hoarder! He now refuses to leave the property! Can't stress enough this company is terrible!!!

If I can give them no stars I would. Left my neighbors property with hoarders and squatters. They have done nothing to help. They keep deleting our Google reviews so I am posting here. They did not look after the property, and they have now walked away after 9 months of them trying to evict the tenants. 9 months!!! useless company and would never recommend this company to anyone. I am appalled by the way he has gone about this, and all the neighbor complaints about the property. I guess as long as you were getting paid that is all that matters, what a joke of a company. Not to mention, I was referred

Matt has been managing my property for short term rental for the past year. Even though this was new for him (and me), he managed and negotiated the process really well. The biggest thing for me was his integrity throughout the process. I would recommend Matt and his team for any property management tasks.

Matt and the Bulldog Property Management team are hard-working, reliable property managers. I have referred a number of people to Bulldog over the years and they have all been extremely satisfied with how both their property and their tenants are treated. The nice thing about working with Bulldog is that you get the professionalism of the larger property management firms combined with the personal level of customer service that a smaller business can provide.
