Great experience. Needed sandals for a growing 6 year old desperately. I called in and described our ideal sandal, the salesperson found one and had it waiting at the door for us when we arrived with two size options to try on. Due to covid restrictions, we couldn't enter the store to shop, but she ensured that we got what we needed quickly and easily. Thank you!!

Not amazing, top-drawer, quality, but good brands. I have never had an issue with anything purchased here.
I was told, very clearly, that it would be exchange or store credit if my daughter didn't like/need different size of shoe.
Will shop here again. LOVE that it is right in town, just down the street from me.

Yesterday I visited but did not have a good experience. We were not welcomed when we entered the store, clearly looked around for 5 minutes without a word. Another couple came in, also not receiving a welcoming. Both looking for her(the sales lady) to come help us, but no. When I had asked her a question, she hardly gave me the time of day and barely an answer. She was not wearing her mask properly (around her chin) even though it is the law. I went with my elderly grandmother, we did not feel comfortable/safe at all! Very bad customer service. Left us with a sour taste and will not return

My wife and I arrived at the store with our dog - there was no sign posted so we asked if they allowed dogs - the manager very groughly and short answered
“No!”
My wife replied “Most stores allow dogs now”
and the Manager replied groughly again “Only Service Dogs”
So we left.
We have been in DSW and The Shoe Company and they allow dogs!!
So we won’t return to this location in Beamsville!!!

No one told me when purchasing that I couldn't return shoes I bought my son for a refund. I could only get a store credit. The sales girl said it said store credit only on my receipt. I explained that I did't get the receipt till after the purchase which is too late. Apparently there's a small sign outside the store, the sales girl didn't know that. Any store that has this policy doesn't care about their customers satisfaction. Won't shop here again, will go to Walmart next time, their shoes are of similar quality and probably cheaper.
