Horrible customer service. I went here for months. Just for the owner, Melissa, my laser tech, to begin to insult me because I called her out on her bad customer service!!! She should learn how to speak to others and not yell... maybe that's how she speaks to people in her country. Also, I got burnt during one of my chemical peels and she CONSTANTLY rushed my laser hair appointments. Perhaps it would be best if she hired a secretary instead of cheaping out and doing both jobs at once.
