Wow, where to begin. Roaches, bed bugs, dirty floor. Stains and holes everywhere - floor, bedding, curtains. Cigarette burn marks on the mini fridge. All the furniture was sticky. Big, uneven patches on walls and ceiling. Graffiti. No microwave, no ice machine. TV was tiny and mounted at an angle. Parking is gated and still felt so unsafe to leave car parked there. So noisy, heard glass breaking in the middle of the night, people above us stomping on the floor, fireworks (or maybe gunshots) at random times. The bathroom floor was sticky and torn up in numerous places. Nonroom service provided.

Awful environment, heard gunshots, bugs crawling in the sheets and under the bed. Dirty fridge and ghetto outdoor microwave. They take pictures of your ID and photocopy it, just a heads up. Dirty bathroom and tv remote, room smelled like cigarettes. Dirty sheets, comforter and disgusting headboard which was stained as well. Would give zero stars if possible, terrible experience. Don’t come here even if your life depends on it.

When calling ahead of checking in to request a handicap accessible room, the woman working the phones in the front office was so kind, nice and 100 percent willing to make any accommodations for me. When I checked in a few hours later, that lady wasn't working anymore for the day. However, the next shift was aware I was coming and everything was ready for me. They don't have any rooms with any handicap accommodations so what they did was my reservation was for 1 adult, me.. So I paid for the reg. queen bed room and what they did was for no extra charge she bumped up my reservation to one of the

The pictures they use are not the ones they actually rent I made a reservation and In the one I chose I didn’t get that room and they do have those rooms available they just don’t rent them , the lady at the front desk has an attitude like we disturb her sleep during the working hours of the day and when I asked for room service the guy came up and it seemed like he didn’t wanna do the room service because he just kept repeating and asking me over what I needed him to do Like saying are you sure?
