Not here. Harry was very helpful and friendly. The van had a few small problems that were fixed before I picked it up. I have so far bought two cars from this dealership. A 2012 Ford Fiesta SE and recently a 2014 Toyota Corolla S. Both cars are in great condition and I couldn’t ask for better performances. The buying experience was great as a new car owner that knew nothing about purchasing one. They were patient and honest about the conditions of the cars they have in their inventory and helped me pick the best ones for me :)

I purchased a car from MotorMax at the beginning of this month. My experience with the company was absolutely excellent. The car was of excellent quality and the dealer answered all my questions. Excellent dealership!! Masir is a gentleman; I was treated gently and with great professionalism. I bought a pick up truck at a tremendous price point and was not up-sold or in any way hassled. Masir made this process extremely easy and comfortable. The entire sale took less than an hour and I was able to pay with my card right at the dealership. They have a very nice and diverse selection of cars trucks and jeeps on the lot. Honestly this process felt like a friendship rather than a sale! I will definitely be returning to Motormax! I have to commend this dealership (I worked with Masir, specifically) for being solid and trustworthy. After purchasing a vehicle here and discovering a previously unknown safety issue with it, he was very supportive in helping me rectify the issue without having any legal obligation to do so. He demonstrated true care and concern for customers not known to be common among car dealerships.
