We had a Trenton freestanding Gas stove installed by The Fireplace Gallery early Sept.. The staff were very helpful and checked into all our concerns.
The installation was done professionally and in 1 day. We highly recommend this company. This review was not requested by anyone.

The previous owners of the house bought a new furnace in 2011 with a warranty at The Fireplace Gallery or Service Plus on McGill Rd in Kamloops, so when our Amana furnace gave us an error code and stopped working, we called the company up and guess what they said? Sorry, the warranty is non-transferable! WOW! Not cool... so as a warning, to all who live in Kamloops, unless you plan to stick around for 10 years or so, don't buy anything here! Terrible service as the people were no help at all...only offered to come for way over $100+ per hour and they start charging when the technician leaves their
