Services
Honed finish on granite will not look as shiny as polished finish and will also lack the reflective nature seen on polished stones. Honed gives the stone smooth and gloomy finish. Honed finished headstones are also scratch resistant since they are not glossy. Leather finish gives a unique aesthetic to the stone and gives a natural look to the stone although the texture is created by skilled professionals.
Care and maintenance are critical to ensuring your granite, marble or Quartz surfaces remain beautiful. This guide will provide you with an overview of how to care for your newly installed stone. If you have any questions or for more detailed care instructions please contact us. In most cases, soap and water or a mild detergent is all that is required to maintain its shine.

I walked in without an appointment 30 minutes before the closed for the day. I asked to look at samples of Hanstone. I explained that my kitchen supplier is too far away for me to pop in. The receptionist was wonderfully helpful. She provided clear, concise information and advice. She helped confirm which of the two options worked better with my colour palette (despite me leaving all the samples at home). It was a pleasure to receive such excellent customer service from a company who I would not be ordering through them.

We purchased Ikea Kasker Quartz countertops only through Ikea and retained our original cabinets from the builder and did not purchase Sektion. From the get go, this was an unique order as the stone is installed by third party i.e. Elite Stone in this case.
The guy that measured our existing countertop and cabinet was ok. Afterwards getting his feedback was difficult or he lacked the skills to communicate effectively.
The customer service rep. is very difficult to talk to and she talks over you and shouts. I almost ended up cancelling the order over some shims and was treated as if I had committed

We were purchasing a new home and shopping for granite companies at the home show. we signed up with a company who seemed great at the time but turned out to be a nightmare. we had called elite shortly after to see if they could help us out. Mary and Fares took the time to explain everything to us from manufacturing to installation and care. we were weary as the previous company took our deposit and left us in the dark. Elite reassured us of all our concerns and showed so much compassion considering we were so worried. I have never dealt with a company that took soo much time to explain and reexplain
