A: Yes, as long as the product is clean and washed. Any product brought in that is dirty or that hasn't been washed will be returned to the customer to be cleaned before work can resume. I went in person to look into some work being done for me and apparently I had two small of an order for them to except my business. I was told that the first run was a minimum of 12 units and I only needed three ,however in the future if those three were good enough I would have returned and had many more units embroidered but because of the lack of customer service I will not have one good thing to say about this place because I didn't even get to see what their service was other than the front desk ignorance
