Dagwood's Vac Services, providing septic and sewer tank cleaning, holding tank wastewater removal, as well as commercial shop and carwash sump cleaning. Dagwood's Vac Services is a locally family owned business. We have 2 tandem large capacity, septic, and wastewater vacuum trucks to provide prompt, professional service.
Myself, Daryl, and our son-in-law Brayden are both mechanics. We keep our trucks in top condition to be ready for the job at hand. We are very knowledgeable about the septic systems and handle them with great care. We always do a thorough job of cleaning both sides of the septic tank. If a garden hose is left out at the job site, we will use it to wash down the water side of the tank and pump.

The day came alot sooner than expected to use these services, however I was just as impressed with the fast and efficient service. Operator Daryl went above and beyond to make sure my septic system was running properly as well as explaining to me what it was that he was doing, why he was doing it and how the system is supposed to work. I will give Dagwood a 5 star for their customer service. Called around for quotes from some local companies. Dagwood gave us some insight on what to expect for pricing. Unfortunately they couldn't compete with our current septic service company (due to how far we are north of Onoway AB) they did give us a few other companies to try and what to expect for fair pricing. And that is valuable information. I will recommend Dagwood to any and all folks near the Spruce Grove Stony Plain area. Fantastic customer service.

Very simply an excellent experience. Daryl is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I called to get information about the pump-out service towards the end of winter and I experienced a high degree of courteousness and patience while I had everything explained to me very plainly. Pricing is upfront and competitive and scheduling was prompt. I will absolutely purchase services from this company in the future and I will recommend them to anyone looking for septic services.
