Family wellness and health optimization have been the focus of our chiropractic care centre since 1997. Meadowood Chiropractic is passionate about working with Winnipeg community members of every age and from every walk of life. We welcome newborns, babies and children to weekend warriors, moms-to-be and those in their golden years.

Chiropractic care is the art and science of detecting and removing spinal subluxation (misalignment) so that nervous system function can be optimized. Our goal at Meadowood Chiropractic is to eliminate nervous system interference through a chiropractic adjustment, which allows the body to heal and recover without the use of drugs or surgery.
It's widely known that the correct positioning of a baby in utero may affect the birth process. Proper positioning may also decrease the potential for undue stress on the infant's developing spine and nervous system. It's also been our experience that when children are exposed to excellent spinal health as early in life as possible, many common problems and developmental issues can be avoided.

One of the chiropractors at this practice just stopped to help me change my flat tire, unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was very helpful and caring to a complete stranger in need. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a chiropractor, if he takes care of complete strangers with no judgement and kind words, I can only imagine he would be an amazing person to see for any of your health needs. I have been seeing Dr. Barton for almost a year and cannot say enough good things! Her technique is just perfect and her positive nature and feedback have helped me to understand and listen to what my body is telling me! Everyone at the office - Crystal, Marlis, and Fran are always so helpful and also just so positive - it just gives the office a great, welcoming feeling!

I've been seeing Dr. Barton for several months now and I've never met someone who truly cares so much about their patients. She's helped me greatly with my headaches and adjusting my stress levels. Not only is she amazing at what she does but is such a warm, kind person. All the staff is so friendly and understanding. I am very lucky to have found such a great place to take care of me!

Dr.Fred is the best chiropractor i've ever seen. I've seen many including the former blue bombers chiro, and I have stuck with Dr. Frederick for several years now because he has absolutely made a continual difference in my overall health. Used to have chronic back pain, but he has helped me to become not only pain free, but a more healthy person. I absolutely recommend his services. Top notch!

Do NOT go here. Does not spend the time to diagnose injuries properly. I was constantly returning with no reduction in pain multiple times a week for over 3 weeks! When he started noticing my dissatisfaction with results he changed his diagnoses to something you cannot properly diagnose without an MRI! He was constantly trying to reinforce his credibility with examples of other cases and people (one of many red flags). I went to a reputable chiropractor and have no pain AFTER THE FIRST VISIT!! Waste of time, drained my benefits. Very friendly and welcoming environment, but all just lip service

Best Chiropractor ever ! He was super attentive, every single time I saw him I felt just AMAZING after the visit. It took a little time for my back to fully heal but it was soo worth the wait because I feel a million times better now. I would definitely recommend Dr. Frederick I have seen other chiropractors and this is just the one for me! Highly recommend honestly.

Love this place. Dr. Frederick is super knowledgeable, caring and such a great chiropractor. I’m glad I was recommended to see him for my back/neck/ hip pains !! The staff are also amazing. Love the friendly greets upon entrance to the clinic. Chiro has made such improvements I already noticed differences after a week. Thank you !!!
