I wish that I had an unlimited budget as I'd blow a bundle here on both my wife and I. As it was we both found items we couldn't pass up on. Super helpful staff!

BUYER BEWARE. Store does not stand behind their garments or have quality specialists to guide you. So only "invest" if your willing to lose. 300 jeans that don't fit well after a day is not a good norm. No exchange or credit unless mint, which is what was desired in first place. Hacks all around.
Also, did you really need to add in those egregious extras regarding return condition? You weren't even at work when you said you'd be and instead of listening to my concerns and addressing them to cushion my expectations? I wasted a trip thinking yes they will make this right. I ended up with a stunning sport coat and trousers and was able to get them altered in time for the event. Great store....will shop here again

I love shopping at espy. Every experience is great, the staff are super helpful, and I always come out finding exactly what I needed! My favourite place to get jeans! Love that they have items at all price points.

I recently bought a capsule wardrobe at Espy and had the most incredible shopping experience of my life. I’ve always had a difficult time finding clothes that fit and are my style. Right when I walked into my appointment, my stylist Caitlyn had a number of items put aside for me that were my style, and had a couple pairs to try first to confirm sizes. I felt so confident trying on clothes that looked amazing and fit! There was none of that negative experience where you keep on trying things that don’t fit and feel disappointed. Sales staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I purchased and never wore an expensive pair of shoes and was declined a refund or credit because at the time of purchase I declined the box (and was not told this would prevent a return). I love to support small business but wish they provided better customer support. Back to the Bay for me!

Epsy has something for everyone and stylists that help you find what looks great on you, in a style that you feel comfortable in. They have various sizes and the clothes are great quality and unique. So many Canadian and European brands. If you are looking to up your style game, spend some time talking fashion with Epsy staff who know their stuff and truly give personal styling services (in a no pressure environment). And the shoes!

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Effie this week. She caught on to the style of clothing I was looking for right away and offered me appropriate options. She gently pushed me to try items on I wouldn’t have considered and took the time to style them perfectly. They have such a great variety of clothing lines. The staff has always been so helpful. Have been shopping there for over 10 years.

If I could give this store zero rating I would. First of all I found a pair of jeans that I loved but they only had a size 26, I am a 27. I expressed concern that they were too tight but was assured they would stretch out and to take them home and wear them. They continued to pressure me that they looked great and will stretch out. I bought them… begrudgingly and tried them on for a bit longer at home, still they felt too tight. Hi! I had the most amazing experience at your store today with Nikki! I needed a wardrobe overhaul and this is definitely place to go. Nikki made me feel beautiful, confident and helped me overcome my negative self body image. She pulled so many amazing pieces that I would never have looked at myself. What a great experience. My husband took me for a surprise date night espy experience and the service was AMAZING! I walked out with a number of perfect pieces that will become my staples and allow me to build… from. Linda, my personal stylist for the appointment, quickly assessed my preferences and what would look good for my figure. When something didn’t work/look good they were honest and explained why it didn’t work. And when things did look awesome (and so many of their choice did) Linda also explained what worked about the outfit, how I could change it up and where items

I used to love this place but in my opinion it's gone down hill. Now there are brands that I can buy in any large department store and for a better price. The jeans selection is nothing like it used to be. I find the pricing has gotten a bit outrageous and the staff is not as friendly as they used to. It's just lost its appeal

The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me style tips and fitting tips. The 2 dogs in the store add to the fun and both are very sweet. Very encouraging to dress the body you have and help you look your best. The stylist Linda was very kind and it was like shopping for a friend because she grabbed pieces and sizes for me to try. You can tell that the owner Megan cares about fashion, their products and their customers.

I wasn't a huge fan. I mean there are some things for men but it seems that Espy doesn't cater to men as much as women and also doesn't cater to as many recognizable brands that other stores such as Gravitypope carries.

This is one of my favourite places in Calgary to take my hubby shopping! His custom wedding suit was made here and it fits like a dream! The staff are incredibly helpful and there are so many different styles for men! I was so impressed that things actually fit his broad shoulders and slim build! I will always come back here to see their new seasonal stuff, and the stylists are keen to help pick out outfits that are edgy, yet timeless! 5 stars for sure!

I love this store but sometimes find it difficult to make it there in person. If you could purchase online that would be extremely awesome, it is almost 2017 after all!! At almost 40 years old, I've figured out how to dress myself so I don't really need the stylists help which you would lose shopping online.

Espy's customer service and selection of clothing make this place my #1 place to shop. Beats out Eye on Design (which is great but not as affordable) and Aritzia (clothes are only for skinny folks).

Isabella is my favourite stylist at Espy. She is excellent at finding the perfect pair of jeans and dresses for my body type. She'll give honest feedback ("I can see your crotch in those jeans, it's a no.")

No matter how busy the store is, and how long you've been in the change room (while other people wait) all the staff are patient and never rush you out. The prices

Cheap quality, super high prices, staff have no idea what they are talking about. Welcome to clothing in Calgary.

Another calgary only phenomenon store:

provide X (service/product) at a 10x markup, sell it as quality. Restaurants do this all the time here and end up more expensive than a NYC or London joint.

Everything I looked at screams crap- stitching, fuzing, lining, material all garbage all no name brands.
For me, I don't care about brand but put that money saved into the product not the discount for the wholesalers and retailers to foist this as a premium product on the unsuspecting

I love Espy...I truly do. I would shop here all the time if I could .

What makes ESPY stand out for me is the service. When you walk in, you are assigned someone to help you out. The staff listen to what you want and do an amazing job at picking out recommendations based on your wants. and they are honest about what looks good on you and what doesn't...regardless if it's a lesser priced item that looks better. I have never once been made to feel as though I wasn't welcome here. They treat everyone honestly and equally...the way customer service should be.

#1 - You feel like they actually give a $%&T about YOU... not your wallet.

#2 - They are honest. go try something on... they'll give you useful feedback. If it looks great, they'll tell you. If it's not you... they'll tell you. It's not about the sale. It's about YOU.

#3 - They give you fashion tips that are so simple that it actually pisses you off that

I love this store! I am sick of the mall, and the generic clothes and sales reps that go with shopping at a mall. Don't get me wrong, I worked in retail in my early 20's and loved it, and I think that is why it makes me sad to go to the mall and not get any service. But this is not the case with Espy.

My husband and I walked and right away we were greeted and explained how the store worked. We took a quick look around and we were in love with the styles.

Accidently brushed upon this store while checking out Nectar Desserts across the street. The shop was a flurry with activity, seems it was closed for the evening but they were getting ready for Xmas night in Inglewood which will be tomorrow November the 19th.
