Leslie Swift and her parents Sharon and Tim moved to the island from Ontario in 2015 and began a wonderful new adventure here on the island. Here they are living out a long awaited dream of owning their own campground. They all wanted a slower pace at life and wanted to do things their own way in their favourite place, where they have always enjoyed visiting as a family, Prince Edward Island!
To keep everyone safe and ensure everyone has a great time, we have been given government guidelines that we would like all our guests to be aware of before arriving, as these rules MUST be followed. Our office is now closed to the public. That means being 6ft or 2 metres apart.

The eastern side of Prince Edward Island has 475 kilometres (295 miles) of scenic roadways, small towns, picturesque landscapes and endless opportunities to stop and explore.
Spectacular beaches, lines of cultivated fields stretching to ocean cliffs; cool, fragrant forests; white farmhouses with laundry blowing in the breeze; a beckoning stretch of red dirt road that leads to a serene country destination;, the clear blue waters of the Northumberland Strait and Prince Edward Island's most picturesque fishing harbours. All the while you'll breath in the fresh air that is a mix of wild rose bushes and the salt of the sea.

Two Oregon travelers camped here in late October. Beautiful setting right in the cove. Grounds had pristine restrooms and laundry. Additionally, the on site cafe served quality food at a fair price. Owner, Tim, was a great source of help;to us directing us to local establishments on the island. The setting was idyllic!

I do not understand why construction and pool services needs to be done, making loud noises at 7:30 in the morning without any consideration that people who are in the cottages and tents are still trying to get some sleep! Very disrespectful and inconsiderate! Pool is even closed for the season! If the management have respect for people, calling for contractor’s services should be at least after 9 since the place opens at 8 am, anyway! Book the appointment after 9 am when most of the people are awake. Loud trucks and machines used at 7:30 am for the past 2 days of our stay here. Not coming back

This is a lovely place. We arrived after cycling from Montague. It was great that there was directional signage on the Confederation Trail. Owners even called to see if we were coming when we checked in without saying we had reserved so they thought we hadn't arrived.
We had a tent site right on the water - good size with picnic table and fire pit but we simply enjoyed the large communal firepit each evening. The showers were excellent - clean with hot water.
Food was delicious - especially the steak sandwich (W says his best ever) and the chowder.
