Great experience at the Whyte location.
After taking to multiple locations, I chose this since the accountant said he would go it with me as I started a business in 2020.
The accountant was very informative. He helped explained each step and went through it with me.
I had gone in with prior understanding and the accountant was able to clarify and help me understand for future savings.
I would recommend their services and will go again.

Would like to say a BIG "Thank you" to the staff of Trehan & Company -Accountants & Tax Consultants, Sherwood Park location. I had phoned a few other tax places and they either didn't do taxes for deceased people or would call me right back and not. I called and spoke to a very nice young lady who gave me an appointment to have my moms final taxes completed today. And was surprised that they charged me nothing. So very respectful to my mother. Once again thank you.

Life changes, as it often does, and I fell behind. I was nervous about getting my taxes caught up. When I went to their Whyte Ave. location, Trehan and Co welcomed me in with open arms and told me that it would be no problem! They put me at such great ease and made the process so simple. Amazing. We just filed our taxes at the Whyte Avenue location and our situation was efficiently handled--not only that, but in a very friendly manner. He sorted out the mistakes the H&R Block office (also Whyte Avenue) made on our previous returns and gave us advice for our next tax return. We will absolutely come back next tax season. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ever! Stay away from this place! I went there to do my 2015 tax. Two different person + the manager calculated three times and everytime came up me owing $3000 to CRA. However, when I did it using TurboTax it came out "0". Then I did it in H&R and came out "0" again. Later CRA approved it as well! Because of their mistake, I was about to pay $3000 to CRA for no reason. Either their software is not functioning well or they don't know how to use it! Stay Away from this place! Pay a few dollar extra somewhere else but do your taxing right!

Absolutely incompetent tax preparers. Went in with an urgent matter which I was told would be resolved over the phone before I arrived. Got you the office and again adviced agent about my situation. After trying I was advised I would get a call in 3 to 4business days.no call for two weeks. Called them and asked what was taking so long. First person said he cannot find any file under my name or SIN and to wait for the person who filed my tax the first time. Got a call and magically he found my authorization. Instead of resolving the issue the first and second agents thought laughing at my being
