Our management team are all long time residents of Whistler. We offer a wealth of complimentary experience in the local marketplace. Cheryl Waters and Nicole Chetwynd, the partners, have more than a decade of experience on a senior property management and hotel operation level. Whistler Reception & Property Care (WRPC), have been providing Whistler Accommodation Management services to private rental owners and small property managers since 2004 at our central check-in location at the Deer lodge, Whistler Town Plaza. In 2016 we expanded our membership offering to include seasonal home services for absentee owners.

Stayed in an apartment that we rented through Airbnb that Whistler Reception Services managed. Was charged a $150 fee after we returned the keys even though we contacted Whistler Reception Services and made arrangements to courier the key back. The contract said if we returned the key, we would get our deposit back.
Good thing I sent it registered mail so I know they received it. Ended up writing a bad review for our Airbnb host, and having to call VISA for fraudulent charges.
