Dr. Hiutin is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, The Canadian Dental Association, and the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Our group's years of combined experience along with the very latest in dental technology will ensure that you achieve the best possible results.
Dr. Hiutin was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Western Ontario in London. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Toronto. Through this extensive training, Dr. Hiutin has dedicated his career to enhancing people's lives both aesthetically and functionally.

I have been a patient at Upper Bluffs Dental for almost 5 years now. I can honestly say that this office personifies professionalism. I have received nothing but top notch care from Dr. Alan Hiutin and his team. The front desk team is always on point and a pleasure to deal with. The hygienist is very thorough and always leaves my teeth shining bright. All and all, going to this office is an absolute pleasure and I would HIGHLY recommend it to all of my friends and family or anyone looking for a great dental office.

As a dental professional all I can say is I was a temporary worker for one day. What I saw was appalling. The work they did was unprofessional. One of the fillings I assisted with on a patient was only worthy of having a crown or extraction and they proceeded to practice bad dentistry anyway. They did not remove all of the amalgam filling and then did not isolate the tooth properly so the composite filling did not cure. This means it was chipping away while the dentist was trying to fix the occlusion. Also they used a shade of composite that did not match the person's teeth. It was overall a terrible

I like coming to this office. The staffs are very friendly and treat you like a family. Dr. Priya and Yalda very wonderful and takes care of dental needs. Dr. Priya is very gentle I didn't even feel the needle when I had my treatment. The hygienist Yalda is very good too. I highly recommend this office specially for patient that is scared of dentist.

I started seeing Dr. Priya Rao for my dental concerns back in late 2017. Before then, I was always anxious and scared to go see a dentist so I left my dental issues until they got worse. Luckily I met Dr. Priya and her team and from thereon all my dental issues were addressed and I now come back for regular routine visits. Everyone was so assuring and kind and understanding of your concerns. To sum it all up, I went to the right place and I have the best dentist in the world!!

All the staff at Upper Bluffs Dental make you forget you have major anxiety about going to the dentist! All the staff are friendly and excellent - from the receptionist/patient care coordinator (Jill) to the dentists (Dr. Kamal, Dr. Bellingham, and Dr. Alan) and all the hygienists and assistants. Glad to have finally found our "home dentist." Would recommend Upper Bluffs Dental 100%

I absolutely love everything about Upper bluffs Dental! The dentist and staff is incredibly friendly and informative. The office itself is very clean and welcoming. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dental office and have had several dental procedures including fillings, wisdom teeth extraction, cleanings and whitening.
