Contacted this company in March for an estimate for three windows. I confirmed that they were still in operation and working during COVID as they were deemed an essential service and that there would be no issue coming to my home to give an estimate. I was told that they would be in contact “soon” when they would come. I did not hear from them for 2 weeks so I called back to see if there was an update so I could schedule time off work/make sure I was home for when they were planning to arrive. I was told that the estimator “was not in the area this week but would probably be next week”

A few weeks ago, we called Yves that our Traegar handle had broken, he said that he will get another one from the company. Last week while they were installing our office windows which we purchased by Glengarry Windows and Doors, Yves came by and I mentioned that I had a big gang coming over for Father's Day and I would use the Traegar. He… recalled the company and they would not promise that it would arrive on time. Yves went back to his shop, took a handle from one of his displays and took time from his busy schedule to come install it himself on our Traegar. Thank you for the excellent

Beyond thrilled with the service we received this week.. Our Traeger BBQ stopped working.. Within a few hours of calling someone was at the door to pick up the BBQ.. The next day it was fixed, cleaned and working better than ever.. Not only that, it was delivered right back to our house! Wow! That's excellent customer service!!! Thank you Yves!!
