Alison Ward, our staff interior designer, will visit your home or business for an interior or exterior colour consultation. She'll recommend a colour palette tailored to you and your space and create a colour portfolio that provides a 'story board' with specific colour and product recommendations. Your $150 Royal City Colours in-home consultation comes with a $25 RCC gift certificate.
Your favourite vase is the perfect colour for your living room walls - how do you create the exact colour in paint? Bring in your object or picture. Our staff will translate that colour you love into the paint hue that's perfect - we do the same with stain. We've matched everything - including the colour of a hamburger bun!

Painting intimidates me. I don't enjoy it. First task was to paint all my interior doors. The staff asked me pertinent questions to determine what type of paint might be on my old doors. It ended up that I required primer and paint. The staff estimated exactly enough product to complete the job. Although the task was much more time consuming that I expected, I was thrilled with the final result. My confidence slightly boosted I thought I'd try my hand at painting interior walls. I've asked questions about painting products at the big box stores before and never felt confident in what I was being

Purchased a can of paint of my wife's choosing and got partially through painting the room when I was informed the color was awful. Stopped in a gave the consultant some not so clear instructions, as I understood them, as to what the color needed to be. Apparently she had some supper powers because once the revamped paint was on the wall it was apparently perfect.

My homestager recommended Benjamin Moore to me years ago & I haven't bought paint anywhere else since. The staff is knowledgeable & very patient when they have helped my wife & I decide on a colour or product that we plan to live with for years at a time. The shop has a real small town charm to it & a pleasure to support. I love that the product we use is recorded on file for each room so that years later & can repaint the same colour or buy touch up jars without having to save labels or details.
