Another successful substation maintenance complete! In preparation of the weekend shutdown, we used our infrared scanner to inspect electrical equipment. This helps to identify loose connections, imbalanced and overloaded circuits, defective breakers, damaged switches and faulty fuses that can lead to equipment failure.
At Sid Grabell Contracting, health & safety is our top priority. SGC has a Joint Health and Safety Committee and is a member of the WSIB Health & Safety Excellence (Safety Group) Program. Our employees have all required safety training and are supplied with personal protective equipment.
