Services
We started our adventure in the spring of 2007 by purchasing a PA-18 Super Cub airplane, a handfull of minnow traps and 8 minnow blocks covering approximately 200 square miles of area to trap. The learning curve on how to trap and store large quantities of live bait was quite steep.
With the help of various people already established in the business as well as some local pioneers in the bait industry we are now able to store over 50 gallons of minnows (4200 dozen) along with around 1200 pounds of leeches.Today we have expanded to cover over 400 square miles of bait grounds.

If you don't mind rustic accommodations, questionable odors, and duct tape this may be the place for you. While the docks are really nice, and the location is wonderful, the lack of attention to cabin upkeep was disappointing. The owners do have a snazzy new top of the line truck and a tricked out guide boat though, so I guess that's something.

The website is VERY misleading. Cabins are advertised as water front but only 3 of them actually are, the rest are tucked in behind the main building. We could hardly even see the lake from our cabin (cabin 6). The website says they have chairs and benches outside the cabin for seating....they do not (they're actually located down at the beach). The website advertised a "water trampoline", it was broken when we got there. As you can see by the pictures, our cabin doors were held together by duct tape. The A/C only cooled off the kitchen, every single chair in the kitchen was falling apart (we brought

My husband traveled 1500 miles to this resort and it was not at all what was described on the brochure . Boats were no where near 18 feet bait shop was not open lacked hospitality small boat they did use has issues. Reservation incorrect. Management didn't care to resolve issues from guests that traveled a long distance . Very disappointing to have management seem annoyed with unsatisfied guests.
