Healthy pregnancy prep a minimum 3 months before conception and prenatal care are essential for every mommy-to-be!
People come to therapy for different reasons - facing life transitions, family tension, work stress, coping with grief & loss, relationship breakdown, feeling unlike yourself or simply lost. Our health is heavily affected by our emotions, thoughts and brain development. By exploring our inner world we can begin to understand ourselves better and make positive life changes.
Your first appointment at MacDonald Naturopathic & Counselling will be 1 hour and 15 minutes long, your second appointment will be 45 minutes and subsequent appointments will be hour. Prior to your appointment, you will be required to fill out a health history intake form. The intake form will be either mailed or e-mailed to you when your appointment is made.
