The extra cost to us due to Mr. Vesselin not taking due care with our personal shipment is approx $960 additional US dollar and 13000 EP.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY FOR SHIPPING PERSONAL EFFECTS!!!
I contracted this freight forwarder to ship some personal contents to Alexandria, Egypt and paid them in Full $4000 in Canadian funds. The owner Vesselin never had the courtesy to provide with the original Bill of Lading knowing well that is required to process my shipment and when I contacted him first was not available and second claimed that he would contact ZIM office in Alexandria, Egypt this
