Each of our team members have unique talents and experience, but we all share a compassion and desire to make a positive contribution toward enhancing the lives of seniors. Roberta is the Co-owner and CEO of Aging My Way Home Care. She works closely with all clients and their families in order to put together a personalized care plan.
Aging My Way Home Care Inc. is a family-owned and operated non-medical home care agency. Our goal is to help you or your loved ones live at home, where their hearts are, and avoid loss of independence and freedom. Our caring services make it possible for the elderly to maintain as much independence as possible, by providing the appropriate in-home assistance and companionship.
Our personalized services are available seven days a week and can range from a few hours daily to 24-hour care. Aging My Way was recommended to me by a neighbour and I have found them to be the epitome of the service that they offer. I have been happy to recommend them myself to others and very much appreciated the caring and professionalism of the whole team.
Lindi has been an invaluable part of the Aging My Way Team for 5 years. We can always count on Lindi to bring her positive energy and to always go above and beyond when it comes to client care. I would highly recommend AMW Home Care! Roberta and her staff have cared for my 97 year old mother since a heart attack, followed by several strokes, in 2016. They are very professional as well as kind and caring. Mum thinks of her caregivers as family... what higher recommendation could there be! Scheduling is well done and they are very accommodating to requested changes. They are responsive to our particular needs and always ready to help, with a smile!

When my family couldn’t be with my mom as often as we had liked we decided to contact Aging My Way. I’m so happy we did. After meeting we were matched with a caregiver that became my mom’s companion. Well really she is more like family or a best friend. She joins in activities at the carehome or takes my mom out for a stroll or a special treat.… She leaves detailed notes of her visits so we know how much fun my mom is having!
