As you know moving is a stressful experience and we had delays and changes this weekend, but dealing with Jeff and Joe was as a pleasant experience as you could get. Your team and company should be proud that you have employees on the front line like them. Ken and his packaging team were also very pleasant to deal with as well.
The packers and movers who went above and beyond in helping us move from 64th Avenue, Surrey to Bradshaw Place, Chilliwack. You folks were just great. We recommend you to any people we know who are moving. Not only were your people moving a household but an office as well (how's that for stress in a life).

There was a great in person response to my request for an estimate.
On moving day, the three person Alert team arrived 5 minutes early and were promptly working at the time promised.
The team worked extremely hard throughout the day and were polite and courteous. They made every effort to ensure that damage didn't occur to the items being moved or to the properties at either end of the move.
This was a positive experience and I strongly recommend this company.

We unfortunately moved right in the middle of the flooding in the lower mainland, however Alert moving made this truly stressful time easier. They made their best effort to get our belongings to us at our new home as quickly as they could, and really did whatever they could to make the move as seamless as possible. Very highly recommended, plus their staff happened to be some of the nicest friendliest people we've met. Thank you for getting us to our forever home!!!!!! Would 100% use them if we ever move again!

Second time using this company and just as excellent and stress free as the first time. The guys unknowingly moved 2 dozen eggs for me and broke zero which was impressive (I forgot to set aside, they don't recommend this 😅). And beyond that they made the experience of moving with a baby pleasant, efficient and stress free!

We contacted Alert and right away we knew they were going to take care of us. Travis ensured everything was organized and went smoothly for the move. Ken was fantastic at packing and then both Ken and Matt were awesome at moving us out of the condo. Thank you so much for making the move go so well. I would definitely recommend their services.
