Dennis was retained to manage our HOA's finances and file our tax returns. He miserably failed at these simple tasks by repeatedly "losing" checks and failing to deposit many of those he did receive in a timely manner. He neglected to provide any kind of timely reporting of accounts. He could not provide simple account statements to our members or track HOA dues.
