We all know the virtues of having a manager on site. But for some buildings it just isn't practical to have a dedicated resident manager. Brydges Virtual Caretaker is a way you have someone at your building every day without all the cost of having someone actually living there. There's piece of mind knowing that someone has checked on your property.
Our maintenance department was established in 2005 to assist condominium corporations with minor to medium maintenance. Work done promptly and professionally. Robin previously owned and operated his own maintenance company for many years. Brydges was proud to be able to recruit him to join our team.

Poor communication and disrespectful and rude attitudes. Any time a question was raised about correspondence they just would blame my condo board like a scapegoat. Worst property management company I’ve dealt with. Lisa V reported me for asking if she’d received an email I had sent a week after I sent it. Brutal.

there are no rules or regulations
that subject to fines etc.

their management.
we've had severe drug activity .
with with almost no real attempt
to stop & removed it
I was the electical designer for WINNIPEG SHOOL DIVISION & LOOKED After 87 buildings & find them to be very incompitant
they refused to release activity that have been tape even though crime stoppers were interested in seeing themThey

Worst apartment building management, building is infested with mice, high break in, slow maintenance response, rude management, poor service,
if youre looking for apartment stay away from this, they dont even return youre damage deposit, i email, call, txt, for my refund but they will always find ways to avoid you, they will blame you for everything, because they are lazy to response in timely manner, i dont know why this kind of management still operating around today, just stay away from this management, look for other rental properties thats way better than this one..👍

Very unprofessional and rude. Part of the reason for selling my condo. Not responsive, and they do not talk to you like you are a customer but rather you should know all the answers in relation to the condo corporation. Avoid dealing with this company.

Absolutely the worst. They overcharge, are extremely rude, ignore problems that have been repeatedly reported to them, and are disorganized beyond incompetence. Our condo board keeps having to step in to do their job for them. They are clearly in this just to squeeze every penny they can out of condo owners.

Literally the reason I'm selling my condo. They jack up the prices to increase their profits, their customer service is horrendous (rude responses to the simpliest of questions), anything that goes wrong in the building is an excuse to charge the owners more (haven't dipped in to the reserve fun they're padding at all) and they charge hundreds of dollars for simple documents.

After almost 20 years in our condo we sold. A part of the reason was Brydges and there unprofessional attitude that starts with the principal of the company. In concert with an unprofessional board and Brydges help or lack of help this caused our sale. Emails were either unanswered or rudely answered. Concerns were brushed under the rug or completely ignored. In short. If you have a choice DO NOT LIVE in a Brydges managed property
