Services
CPM will team up with an architect under one contract united to serve the best interest of the owner. CPM will provide the owner with effective management of the project's schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope and function. CPM will provide finance, design and construction of public projects under Indiana Code 5-23 by merging our process with our consultants to make the project happen.
Bob serves as General Superintendent and Director of Safety and Quality Control. Bob is responsible for all facets of the project quality, schedule, safety, and overall customer experience with our site supervision. He is affiliated with Coalition for Construction Safety and Associated Builders and Contractors.
Tom serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for providing the overall direction for the financial operations, information technology and human resources of the company. Tom graduated from the University of Indianapolis. When Tom is not working he enjoys fishing and officiating club and high school soccer.
Craig has over 35 years of experience with CPM Construction. As a Senior Estimator he enjoys developing projects with owners and architects and working with our project management team to ensure that each project is a success for all involved. Craig has a degree from Purdue University in Construction Management.
Dave has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. As the manager of preconstruction, Dave is involved in the process very early on. He handles the initial meetings with clients, schematic estimates and preliminary scheduling. He is also responsible for new client introductions and market research.
