In todays world companies can grow overnight without assets, history, or Sweatology; our story however, is a little different. As an asset based company for the past 62 years, ownership of our trucks operated by company drivers has always been extremely important to the Ritchie family. This is especially true in the new virtual world of business, where websites mean little in comparison to size, ability, personal contact and repeat performance.

While asset based organizations can function quite independently within their respective commitments and abilities, non-asset cannot. They require assets. There is, however a mutually compatible place for both.
