George knows everything. He whipped my friend up a tower, monitor, mouse and brand new keyboard as we watched for the price quoted on the phone even through she changed her mind on tower size . You're put in a private room and shown how to run your new to you purchases.👍

My grandfather was so crushed that he lost all of his photos when the hardware fried. I took it to a few places years ago, they advised me nothing could not be retrieved and I should dispose it. Few years later a friend of mine told me if anyone can do it, it's George! Not only did they provide amazing service, they were was able to retrieve 1200 pictures from a 14-year-old hard drive.Words cannot express how much it meant to me and my Granfather! There were so many pictures of family members who have passed on and now we can treasure these priceless memories! Thank you for making his Christmas

Showed up twice with problems. Second time was a blown power supply. Not only did they give me a big discount on the work, but they got it done in 2 hours because I was stressed. All other shops in town told me 3-4 days. These guys care about you and the owner is providing some of the best customer support I've ever seen. Highly recommended to anyone as they won't let you down. Don't hesitate to come here I wouldn't trust anyone more than hard drive cafe to not only give you the best deal they can but also delivery time and quality.

I've never had to have data recovered from a hard drive before, but George was able to put my mind at ease and save my data. I found the transaction to be very professional and satisfactory. I would recommend the Hard Drive Cafe to anybody who needs this type of restoration. I'm not looking forward to any further hardware problems, but they are likely to occur - it's good to know this business is out there and able to help.

Georges was excellent to deal with providing very friendly and timely service. My laptop was fixed in less than one day! I had problems with it and tried two other places before with no success. For Georges however, it seemed to be a simple thing to fix it. I am very impressed with this shop and highly recommend it.

Excellent repair shop. I just had George execute a delicate repair job on my laptop. He quickly made the repair the same day and took the time to show me exactly how he performed the work. Stopped by the shop today for some assistance with an old hp server I had sitting in the closet.
