Services
The International Bakery was started in 1955 by Pasquale Orsini (1919 - 2005), his son, Joe Orsini, has been president since 1990, and most recently the third generation, including Joe's son, Joe Jr., and son-in-law, Bruno, is slowly taking over the management of the family business. We are a wholesale bakery capable of accommodating any size order.
Bread is our specialty! We spend 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, baking what we think is the best and tastiest assortment in town. A selection of specialty breads are made daily. To ensure you get the bread you desire please call ahead and order. Made with 100% whole grain flour, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, quinoa, millet, purple wheat flakes, spelt flakes, kamut flakes, malted barley flour and sourdough of rye.
All cakes are available in 6" round, 8" round, quarter, half, three quarter and full slab sizes. 6" 4-6 servings, 8" 6-10 servings, 1/4 slab 15 servings, 1/2 slab 25 servings, 3/4 slab 40 servings, full slab 60 servings. Chocolate cake filled with Dutch fudge and finished with Dutch fudge icing and milk chocolate balls.
