When I got my braces was fine. Friendly staff. But when it came time for my retainer is when they didn’t care. It didn’t fit right (they said so themselves) and instead of making a new one they just tried to bend it into the right shape at every appointment until I have up and never came for my appointments anymore cause they didn’t care. They had my money in their pocket👎🏽

Both my brother and I got braces done here as kids, and mine wasn't perfect, but I can't complain, since I was asking to get my braces off earlier than recommended. However, I can't say the same for my brother.
My brother initially got braces because of concerns regarding his chin, and Dr. Laberge was confident that braces would fix his problem. We also asked if this chin problem of his might require surgery down the road, and she laughed it off, saying it will not be necessary.
