The staff were friendly and quite helpful. They helped to reduce the cost through a youth program that we wouldn't have known about without their help. They also took the time to present a variety of frames so my son would feel comfortable choosing the correct frames for him. That's not easy for a 15 year old boy!

I love this place. My family has been customers of Smith optical for over 40 years. My parents and now my own family would go nowhere else for our glasses. The customer service is exemplary. They are very professional and welcoming. At anytime I can go in with any problem at all and they take care of it. They listen to what you want in your glasses and work towards getting that for you. I have never had any problems with the quality of my glasses. I have recommended them to all my friends that wear glasses and will continue to do so. You should go there, they will take good care of your needs too

The staff at Smith Optical are absolutely amazing! They take their time with each customer to ensure they are well educated and completely satisfied. I have moved away from the area but will continue to come back to Smith Optical as they have always treated my whole family and I with kindness and respect. They are always friendly and willing to help even throughout the pandemic which is greatly appreciated. Would 100% recommend!

Our family has been going to Smith Optical for the past 35 years, the service has always been amazing. We have always trusted their professional service and their honesty in choosing our glasses, as well as my husbands hearing aids. There have been times when we have had to pop in for a quick adjustment to our glasses and the girls have always more then happy to help us. I have always recommended them in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

This is far the best place to get your eye test and glasses. Very clean and professional. Covid rules followed to a "T".
They are very friendly and helpful. My eye test was easy, and she explained every question I asked in a language I can understand. When picking out my glasses she was very patient and worked with me until I chose the glasses I wanted. When picking up my glasses the process was fast, and they made sure I was happy before I left.
If I can add more stars to the rating I would.

I have been going to Smith Optical since I was a kid and have always had a great experience. The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. When trying to choose new frames, the ladies are always super honest about how they look (rather than just trying to make a sale!). I am so appreciative of that! I would highly recommend Smith Optical to anyone.
