Got hit through no fault of my own. Brought the car in for an estimate, before taking it to the collision reporting center. They were far more accurate with actual damage, and potential hidden damage, for final cost.
Insurance gave me no problem, as their reputation is phenomenal. I don't like having to deal with these things, but they make it easy.
The work involved, meant extended time in the shop, but they kept me updated often, and at every step. They made dealing with an accident, as painless as they could.

We had to have the glass of our moonroof replaced due to a crack. They were very professional and work was done in a timely manner. They sent communication throughout the process, which was great! When we got our Ford Edge back, we couldn’t believe how clean the SUV was inside. They vacuumed and detailed it, looked brand new. I would highly recommend this business for your vehicle needs.

I recommend by the insurance company to repair I just bought two months only 3000 km of the audi rs5, when they do with my car repair estimate, they offer most of the parts need to change, so I decided to repair here, three weeks time, csn427 staff called me that my car's repairment has been down, so I go there to pick up, When I arrived there, I found that they had only repaired the parts instead of that they had promised me to replace. Absolutely unbeatable service! Vito and team are top notch! Super friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
It was unfortunate my car was rear ended, and my insurance company was going to recommend another shop closer to my place of residence, but a good friend of mine who had a very positive experience here (and is very meticulous with body work) recommend me to CSN 427 instead. Luckily CSN was listed as an approved shop by the insurance company.
The folks over at CSN took care of everything from sorting out the rental pick up and drop off, to making it such a flawless hands

They did good work. Bumper looks like new. Colour match was well done (custom coloured Porsche). While their customer service model is good, they gave me a guy who was not particularly good- he gave me a quote but I needed to go back a second time because it was incomplete. Then there was very little communication until he called and told me that the car would likely be ready the next day. I've come here twice on recommendation from my Mazda Dealership (westowne) for two separate accidents. Despite they were not on the preferred list of my insurance company, I go out of my way to come here. The service is great, attentive and they really take the time to explain every option, the damage and how the whole insurance and repair process works. All my repairs have gone smoothly and they even clean my car every time i take it in (that's really a huge positive for me lol). I recently had a rather minor fender bender and brought my car in to 427 Auto. I met with Neelam who was extremely professional and courteous. She assessed the vehicle and made an appointment with me to bring in the car on a specific date. She coordinated the entire repair with my insurance company and also arranged for my rental vehicle with Enterprise rent a car. They have an Enterprise counter in-house. First the good:
The back of my car appears to be repaired very well after I was rear ended. They even vacuumed out the Christmas tree needles from the back of the car. It came back way cleaner than it left. The work was also done a day or so earlier than they quoted.
Now, the bad:
I got in a 7 car fender bender. After talking to my insurance agent, I determined I probably did not want a body shop to fix my front end damage. I was one of 7 cars that rear ended each other, and my car hit the one in front as well as getting rear ended. The only damage I caused on my front end was a cracked

Dropped my car off here after someone ran a stop sign and hit my car. Normally I would save my review for after my car is fixed, but I've been blown away by how amazing the customer experience has been so far. The receptionist was very professional and kind. I dealt with Brandon, and he has been nothing short of outstanding. He has always been punctual with phone calls, keeping me updated. They had no issue showing me the car before it was done and showing the steps of repair. I had to leave for a business trip during the repair, they took care of my rental car and even gave me a lift home

I was told it would take three days TOPS. Nobody called me by then, and when I called and spoke with "Neelam" she could not seem more dis-interested and/or distracted and I actually had to go to the shop to speak with her.
Long story short, it took over a week, service was terrible AND they STILL didn't repair my vehicle properly! I ended up having to bring it to another repair shop and they ended up fixing it. It only took TWO days. Go figure.

This shop sold my wife on their "We are the biggest and oldest body shop in North America" crap to convince me to get my car repaired by them and not BMW when she got in a collision.
