Amazing service! And it was over Christmas and New Year festive period
Had a new pump seal and pressure tank installed by Professional Pump Service last year under advice of Realtor
Its been a year and suddenly lost water pressure twice over the last 3 weeks
John offered to come out on same day when I called at 1 PM But I felt it was unnecessary So he made me the first on his next day service call
Came on time; trouble shoot and we found it was not the pump...yap
Nothing what-so-ever with the work he had done prior
Its refreshing to see that kind of customer service

Just had Professional Pumps and Water Treatment replace an old well pump and tank with a new submersible pump and tank and so happy we did! We have lots more water pressure in the home now. John and the crew were fantastic, professional, friendly, on time and budget. They took the time to explain how the new system will work and made a follow up call to see if we had any other questions and to make sure we were satisfied with the job.

Not only did he have the best prices around, the equipment was installed quickly and tidy. He raised our well head above ground, and added a submersible pump.
Then he added a softener, pre-filter, UV, and reverse osmosis; all our well problems fixed in one day.

Not impressed. They claim to be experts but don't really seem to grasp their customers needs. After inquiring about my water problems all I got was the run around and huge prices tossed my way. They seem to be more interested in ripping people off then helping them. I wish I could give them zero stars but Google makes me give at least one. Avoid!!!
