Our carpets were wet for 3 days after and the guy charged me an extra $60 for a sanitize treatment to prevent smells and guess what it smelled so bad after.
Used these guys before but probably never again!

Pro-Steam does great work! I had stains in my commercial carpet that I thought would never come out. Grease, coffee, and other things that I could not spot clean at all.
Tyler came at the end of our day to not interfere with our customers and did an awesome job! No stains anywhere. I am very happy with their service and quality. I highly recommend!

Tyler went above an beyond. Was efficient, hard workings and extremely pleasant to speak with. He cleaned the carpets at my daycare and did an amazing job!!! Definitely calling him next year!

I am so pleased year after year. I have really old carpeting on my stairs but amazingly all Pro-Steam pros get them very clean. They are also pleasant and prompt. My mom just got her chair cleaned and she is super pleased. Recommend highly. Thanks again!

Great job by Pro-Steam! My technicians name was Ian. The professionalism and service blew me away. He was on time, quick, and efficient! The efficiency and quality of this service is excellent. Great people to deal with. Very professional. Dropped off my carpet and it was done in no time for around $50. The entire green tea stain was removed.
