Going into this renovation we were very skeptical about contractors as we've been burned recently. We were looking for siding, an inch of insulation, windows, and a new 12x 16 deck with a shed built in underneath it, complete with waterproofed ceiling and a water drainage system, with a sliding barn door to boot. Lots of work. We first met Leroy (the owner) when he came to give us a quote and we were very impressed with his knowledge and communication. He brought us a book detailing over 100 different jobs he's done with pictures and contact information for each customer so we could call and ask
