4.5 stars to start! I just started to consign some of my beloved items and I can definitely rate it as being a nice experience to consign here.
This store sits on Queen St and just near the hip area of Ossington. Unlike the Ossington spots, Garb's store has the large windows that lets in a lot of natural light. When you first walk into the store, you don't think stereotypical 'consignment'. For starters, lots of items are in well thought out displays, everything is clean and pristine (more on this later), and Dan (the owner) is careful to choose which items he'd feel

This is my hands down fav used designer store. Very well curated pieces both rare vintage and modern high end. There is no H&M to have to wade through, all the labels are truly premium!
Also unlike other stores you can tell they clean the clothes before selling them, everything is in pristine condition which is uber important to me, Did I mention the owner Dan is a peach? He has a great eye and has been super friendly and helpful every time I've been.

My girlfriend and I have been shopping at Garb for over a year and a half now and have picked up (and sold) some really great pieces.
Dan is really knowledgable about what he buys and sells prices his garments and accessories very fairly.
He is also a straight shooter when it comes to questions on fit and styling - so make sure to take advantage of his expert opinion.
If I'm ever in the neighbourhood, I always make it a point of stopping by to see what's new - at the same time, the website is a really great resource as Dan is continually updating it with new merchandise.

Wow! This is by far THE best consignment store I've ever seen in the past decade! Dan (the owner) has always been super friendly, helpful, and on top of things everytime I visit the store. The store is very neatly organized with a wide selection of cool pieces (with very unique shoes and accessories collection too!) Dan truly cares for his customers and makes sure all the items he takes in are well taken care of and in excellent conditions.
