Our factory trained service technicians have the knowledge and expertise to get you in and out as quickly as possible. We know that your recreation time is important to you and we do our best to make sure that we meet or exceed your expectations. Near North Recreation is your one stop "Recreational Vehicle & Marine Service Dealership" in the Parry Sound and surrounding area.
Get out on the water and enjoy all our local lakes have to offer! Pack a lunch and head out for an afternoon of swimming and family fun. Or take the kids tubing or water skiing then head to one of the many lakeside restaurants and variety stores for an ice cream. Spend an afternoon at one of the local fishing holes and bring home dinner.
You can either drop off your boat or we can arrange a convenient time to pick it up and take it to our shop for winterizing and storage. When you're ready for it in the spring, give us a call and we'll have it serviced and prepared for pick up or delivery. If you prefer to have it winterized and shrink wrapped but leave it at your cottage or take it home with you, we can do this too.
Near North Recreation is a family owned business serving the Parry Sound area since 2008. We are surrounded by the picturesque 30,000 Islands in the heart of Georgian Bay, in the district of Parry Sound. There are many large and small lakes in the area ready to be explored. Located only 2 hours north of Toronto we are situated close to the Parry Sound District 10 Snowmobile Trail.

Price to get my boat winterized and oil and filter done was unacceptable. Instead of taking it to the place where we bought it we thought we'd give a local business a chance I will never go again as the price difference was insane. Mechanics are great, girl at the front counter was awesome and friendly but I suggest you shop around for other prices before you go here.

Excellent experience. Provided sound advice when I was thinking about a old sled on Kijiji, which I promptly ignored and bought. When it blew up 2 weeks later, there was no condescension, just understanding. Helped me (through many visits and calls/questions) choose a new 2016 ZR 7000 Limited 137.
It's unlike anything I've ever been on. I love the sled, but, more importantly to me, I've found a dealership that is now our "Family Dealership". We look forward to doing more business with Ben, Garnet, and the whole gang shortly!
