Knowledgeable, friendly, take the time to be sure they are getting things right. Excellent with children, speaking directly to the kids, explaining the process and findings to my children - not through me. Front end staff is welcoming and helpful. Kelly is always sure to help find the perfect fit for glasses. We see Dr. Shute, but have found everyone at the office welcoming and accommodating!
