Our enthusiastic team of therapists have the know-how to empower your body and ignite your performance. Travis is a UBC graduate in Human Kinetics ('97) and Physical Therapy ('98). He received his Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy (FCAMPT) in 2001.
He is faculty of UBC's GCOMPT program for advanced education in physiotherapy and enjoyed mentoring many students. Travis obtained his Diploma of Sport Physiotherapy in 2007 which prepared him to work at the 2006 World Junior Hockey Championships and the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics (hockey venue).

Travis is “The Man”, although all the PTs there are very good. Professional, patient, personable. Encourages recovery at home by printing out exercises. A money saver, then you can go in and get new ones as you improve/progress. We have had VCR Giants billets for years, and he is their go-to guy. They say he’s the best at getting them back to normal in the quickest time possible. A wickedly dry sense of humour, too!

Honestly speaking, my daughter (7 years old) had a hip reconstruction surgery. From cast off, this clinic fit her first appointment in within a week. Their communication and information provided was super accurate and quick. My daughter was in 4x a week with 2 pool sessions with Christina and 2 clinic appointments with Ashley. These ladies are AMAZING! They are energetic, speak to my daughter like a person and dont coddle her. They treat her with respect, and try to push her ( even though she resists). Ashley is always extremely patient with my daughter and keeps her on track when she is being

I have only ever dealt with one physiotherapist at Sungod (Ashley), so I can only speak to my experience with her. In my opinion, the most important thing with any service provider is that you trust them, and I definitely trust her. She knows her stuff and is also honest and approachable. She has helped me in rehabbing more than one injury effectively. The support staff is also very friendly.

The Physiotherapists seem to be more interested in their conversations with each other than they are with helping their clients. I was constantly waiting for further instruction.
The walls are full of autographs from famous and professional athletes. They can keep serving the pros. I'll get better help elsewhere.
