From concept to completion, our top priority throughout a project is to ensure that you are both informed and excited to be moving forward to the next step! Below, we have created a general overview of the design process that will give you an idea of what to expect. Keep in mind that every project is unique and a custom package will be created for your particular project.
With more than 10 years of specialization & extensive training in kitchen and bathroom design, you can trust that we will guide you through the challenges, pitfalls and mishaps commonly experienced when building or renovating the most costly per square foot rooms in a home. We are proud to be members of the National Kitchen & Bath Association, with Rochelle serving as President of the Prairie Province Chapter for two years.
Whether the finishes are old and dated, or you just need to gut it and start fresh, there are a multitude of factors that will need to be considered. Is your electrical panel full? Is that wall structural? What will this cost? The fact of the matter is, you don't know what you don't know. You aren't an expert in renovations - but we are.

Rochelle and her team have been a dream to work with, from the initial discussions through to the completion of our "party room". I appreciate the up front discussions of money details right off the bat, her artistic skill in design, through to helping us with wise function and form choices. Amazing knowledge, professionalism, and the whole design group is seamless and just a great group of people to work with.
We did a 98% Reno on our 2000 sq ft 3floor townhouse. With hardwood redo/matching to new fro. kitchen to livingroom new vanity, flooring in 3 bathrooms plus new flooring in entry and laundry. Painting of 95% of home, all doors,… trim, walls and accents in 3 areas. A non structural wall take down, electrical flooring in entry and bsmt bedroom. plus much more.
this project covered 5 months. could have been done in a shorter time, however, Rochelle Lynne Design worked around
