I phoned a couple of companies to look into solving my mice problem and Mike was honest enough to tell me that since I live in a townhouse complex I would be better off contacting strata as other units might be infected so it needed to be more holistic and not waste my money. I found him to be knowledgeable, honest, friendly and reliable. He came to give me a quote for our strata complex and didn't rush, he’s thorough and explains everything and answers every question. I know other company’s might have taken advantage of my particular situation and performed unnecessary work just for the money

Mike is very thorough, professional, and, most importantly, patient with clients' uneasiness/fear of pests. I especially appreciated that he used boot covers before entering my home and followed up in a timely manner. He did a great job overall. However, in the nicest way possible, I hope to never have to contact them again!

Very friendly, honest and helpful. The technician explained everything he was doing step by step. Did a thorough job dealing with house rats. Was told I did not have to pay if the problem was not dealt with. After they did their job, I was given a 3 month warranty which includes them coming back free of charge up to three months after to deal with the rats if we hear or see them again. Was also given some very valuable free advice about how to actually get rid of raccoons without paying a post control company thousands of dollars. Simple but very effective. Their rates were cheaper than other companies
