The entire team at Cosmo were very friendly, had clear and concise communication, and made the entire experience stress free. Arlan was very good from the get go, explaining what needed to be done and continued communication throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service by Loc, Ken and all the staff at Cosmo.
I was super happy yet again with the work carried out on my 2012 Audi A4, yes I’m the kind of customer that’ll go over my repairs as I was once in the trade and expect nothing but the best . This’s the 3rd time I’ve used Cosmo and going forwards I’m at the point now where I won’t even need to check their work as it’s always 100%. The paintwork was perfect and car was cleaned and immaculate upon collection.
You do pay a little bit more than other shops but given that they only use the genuine oem materials i.e. screws, clips

Wow, these folks deliver quality work!
I brought in a vehicle due to someone badly scraping my front bumper in a parking area.
Had a lot of anxiety for over two weeks worrying about many things, but rest assured, there was nothing to worry about.
The car was waiting for me in immaculate condition... like brand new. Made me feel really good picking it up. These folks know how to take care of the customer. I will definitely be bringing my cars back here in the future.

I want to thank the entire team at Cosmo's Collision. Ken and Viet have been absolutely wonderful to deal with. I have brought 2 Range Rover's in for body work and each time it has been a painless experience. They do high end work on high end vehicles. It is no wonder that Land Rover Calgary refers clients over to them. 10/10 would recommend.

Cosmos Collision is an experienced autobody shop and specializes in the collision repairs on luxury vehicles. Their bodywork and attention to detail is phenomenal and my experience has been excellent. My Porsche looks brand new! The owner, Loc Ngo is a true gem who goes over and beyond to please his customers. Their support staff is friendly and extremely helpful. This shop does not disappoint, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

When you own a rare car and need work done on it, you will likely be careful, skeptical and cautious. The whole Team at Cosmos Collision recently proved to me that a company can achieve high marks in the three business criteria: Time / Cost and Quality. They hit it out of the park on all three and even fixed a couple of items that I casually mentioned when reviewing the vehicle prior to getting a quote or any work done. A really pleasant surprise (and no extra charge).
Am so glad I listened to word of mouth from friends who have taken their vehicles there over the years.

Did amazing job fixing paint damage on my door handle and a large dent/scratches on the rear quarter panel of my car. Looks brand new and they were fantastic in dealing with my insurance company. Went over and above with cleaning my car and fixing another scratch, both complimentary. Plan on going back to get my wheels refinished. Definitely recommend Cosmos

Following on from my previous comments, both of our cars have now had remedial bodywork repairs carried out by Cosmos and we are very pleased with the outcome. Great work with more work completed than was originally expected, without extra charges. An extremely good company to work with! I highly recommend Cosmos!

I had a small accident with my Audi Q7 (basically the only damage wasthe tail light and the sensor). When I called Glenmore Audi they recommended Comos. I DONT. Given the small accident I wanted to pay cash for the repair vs. going through insurance. I was surprised when the quote came to $3,800. The owner (Loc) said they were the only shop that repaired Audi and whole lot of other mis-truths! I decided to call A-1 Auto Body and was very surprised to receive a quote for $900 for the exact same work! Buyer be aware!!! They are taking advantage of Audi referrals...I hope the insurance companies

Full disclosure, this review is on behalf of my husband who brought his EV to Cosmos for a repair due to a piece of wood that hit his car on Anthony Henday in Edmonton. He was initially reluctant to deal with a third party but all body work had to be outsourced. He's skeptical and picky and needs to operate with full transparency. These guys did all of that. They were honest, operated with integrity and respected his vehicle as though it was their own. I can't imagine anyone wanting to seek a collision repair company but if you need one, you are in good hands with Cosmos.

Long story short, I am a Mercedes and Porsche owner and DONT recommend you to go for repair. I've had two terrible experience with small but recurring issue every time I went there. They leave a lot of scratches when repaint the upper part of my car and the paint start to peel off in 1 year, returned but charged extra, while the owner told me one year ago he will guarantee the work. My overall experience is horrible and left with bigger issue.owner Loc isn't professional and won't guarantee the work they have done. please be aware you might be ending up with a bigger problem.

Loc at Cosmos Collision honoured work that was previously done and did a great job at a repair. The work was impeccable on my Audi. Loc was super easy to deal with, very helpful, and there were no hassles whatsoever at this shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I personally had a great experience here, and I don't give good reviews lightly on yelp. This is an excellent shop. Five stars without hesitation.

If you have a German import - this is the place to go. The Audi dealerships in Calgary deal exclusively with Cosmos - so you know that they have to be good to have the corporate stamp of approval. Anybody coming here with a domestic-brand car really doesn't know what they're doing as it's pretty clear from the lot in front you're dealing with all imports. They know the parts, they know the cars and they know how to fix them. AMA approved repair facility.

Not a nice place to be. We had a car that needed a small rust repair and asked for a quote. The guy inspecting it was rude, pulled off a strip of trim to 'show me what has to be fixed' and then says 'sorry, ah'. After that, I was stuck with a bigger problem than when I started.
He said that he specializes in German cars and not mine. It seemed as if he did not want my business and told me to go to some other auto body place nearby.
If you have a German made car, maybe he will treat you better. Good luck.
