In 1992, Stephen Bourgeois founded Membranix Coatings, a small dampproofing company in Kanata. Mr. Bourgeois incorporated the company in 1994. I highly recommend Membranix Coatings! I had a few leaking cracks in my foundation and had them come to repair them. The technician that was sent was very professional, and dealing with their office helped me to understand what was going to be done. There haven't been any leaks since!
